- Takedown in January is the greater of $75 or $0.50/ft, shown on your quote up front.

How fast will I get my quote?
Send your photo and we will email your mockup and price, usually the same day.
Do I need to be home?
No. We just need access to the outside of the house and a working exterior outlet for power.
How do you measure from a photo?
We measure your rooflines from your photo, using your front door as a size reference. Your final price is set at install by the footage we actually hang.
What lights do you use?
Commercial-grade warm-white C9 bulbs. You own them after year one.
Are timers included?
Yes. Every install includes a timer.
Will you put holes in my house?
No. We use Tuff Clips, which attach without holes. The only exception is hanging wreaths, and we discuss that with you first.
What if a bulb goes out?
We maintain your lights all season at no charge as long as we installed them. Service calls are free. In year one, replacement bulbs are included. After that, any replacement bulbs are added to your takedown invoice.
Do you charge more for two-story homes?
No. Homes 3 stories and up are +$1 per foot on those runs.
Can you do ridges, bushes, and trees?
Yes. Ridges are +$0.30 per foot, bushes are $25 per strand, small new trees are $75, and mature trees start at $300.
When do you install?
Early November through mid-December. Book early, dates fill up.
How do I pay?
A 50% deposit locks your install date (held 24 hours). The balance is charged at install. Card on file, or cash/Zelle to save 5%.
What if it rains?
Weather reschedules are free.
What if I need to cancel?
Your deposit is non-refundable within 7 days of your install date.
When do the lights come down?
Takedowns start January 4 and finish by the end of January. We schedule by route.
Where do my lights go after takedown?
Please have a yellow storage tub ready at takedown. We pack your lights into it and you store it until next season.
How does the 3-year plan work?
Sign up in year one and get $100 off each renewal year. Each renewal is paid in full by October 30.
Do you offer permanent lighting?
Yes, $28 per foot installed. Every quote includes it as an option.
